About
Nachle Bollywood Dance School is the first dance school in Essex which specialises in Indian classical dance form, Bharatnatyam. It also caters to modern Bollywood , Fusion, Bollyrobics and many other Indian folk dance with an opportunity to perform on stage. Key Dance form taught are Bharatnatyam, Bollywood and Bollyrobics.
It provides a development platform for students with an opportunity to perform in annual showcase events and live stage performances.
Nachle also provides adult beginners and fitness courses.
BHARATNATYAM
Bharatnatyam is a major genre of Indian classical dance that origninated in Tamilnadu, south India. The basic stance of Bharatnatyam can be traced back to 2nd century C.E noted in ancient Tamil epic.
The three basic concept of Bharatnatyam Bhava, Raga and Tala are widely performed and practised by many dancers not only in India but all over the world.
Nachle Bollywood provides you with a chance to learn this dance form and tested at different grade level from Oriental Exam Board London.
BOLLYWOOD
Bollywood dance form is prominent in the Indian movies. It reflects the modern Indian society where Indian dance beats are mixed with various western and modern forms. It is a blend of numerous style which include Kathak, Indian folk, Belly dance, Western and others.
Previous dance experience is not required to join this class. The 12 week class will help you with beginner level foot work, hand, hip and coordinated moves associated with a vibrant and a fast Bollywood dance moves. Classes are flexible according to student skills.
BOLLYROBICS
Bollyrobics, a fitness regime allows your body to tone up by dancing through the latest Bollywood numbers.
It provides the best of both world, fun mixed with calories burn. Helps you feel energised, strong, flexible and keeps your body fit. You will work out on fast Bollywood numbers.
It is affordable and guaranteed to get you move with emphasis on loads of fun and great Bollywood music.
